How do I request a consultation?
Contact the clinic directly on WhatsApp. Dr. Arya Nerli reviews every request and will reply to agree a date and time.
Can I pick my own date and time?
No — date and time are personally assigned and agreed by the doctor. Please allow at least 3 hours before your consultation.
Is my appointment confirmed automatically?
No. Every request needs the doctor’s approval before an appointment is confirmed. Payment alone does not confirm an appointment; the doctor confirms it personally after verifying payment.
When are consultations available?
Monday–Saturday. Requests are reviewed by the doctor rather than booked by a calendar.
How long does a first consultation take?
A minimum of 60 minutes, and longer where the case needs it. The time is spent on your history, temperament and pattern rather than only the presenting complaint.
Is it really online?
Yes. Consultations happen over Google Meet. The meeting link is shared 30 minutes before your consultation.
What does it cost?
₹700, charged once, covering the consultation and clinical assessment. Medicine and courier charges are separate and communicated according to your case. Payment instructions are shared after a slot is agreed.
What do I need for the first call?
A quiet place, and if possible a note of any medicines or supplements you are currently taking, plus previous test reports or prescriptions you can share on screen.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Tell us on WhatsApp as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. One patient-requested change is allowed. The notice periods and refund terms are set out in the cancellation and refund policies below.
Is this a replacement for in-person care?
No. Homoeopathy is a complementary therapy, and online consultation is not suitable for emergencies. Emergencies and conditions needing hospital assessment are always better handled in person, and we will say so if that applies to you.
