Refund Policy

When a consultation fee is refundable, and how refunds are processed.

• A full consultation-fee refund applies when the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours beforehand are non-refundable.
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced or been completed.
• Missed appointments are non-refundable.
• A clinic cancellation permits a full consultation-fee refund if the patient chooses it instead of rescheduling.
• Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines.

These refund rules cover the consultation fee. Medicine and courier charges are not included.
